Sociologists define a 'group' as: "A collection of humans, who share certain characteristics, interact with one another, accept expectations and obligations as members of the group, and share a common identity. Using this definition, society can appear as a large group."

Without being trite, it is more than the bike, the shoes, the speedo, the skis or whatever else we might affix  or align within our personal athletic exploits.  As a group, we can take this common interest beyond ourselves.  Though your personal interests may take you in another direction, we are proud to be both sponsor and supporter of the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
